I-485, Application forwarding your inquiry to the National Benefits Service Center

Hi 

 

We done (EB3 india category prioprity date october 2012) in texas  interview december 2021 every thing is perfect but while inquiry officer need only some papers and we already send it in january 2022. My son is going hospital treatment and  I  did inquiry in november 2022 I received email from uscis  March 1  2023 following 

USCIS office processing your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the National Benefits Service Center.

Please let me know 

1. What happen after next step ? And how long take time to process it ?

There is no telling how long the processing will take and when priority dates will be current. However, it is possible an interview will be scheduled since the case was transferred to the NBC.
