We done (EB3 india category prioprity date october 2012) in texas  interview december 2021 every thing is perfect but while inquiry officer need only some papers and we already send it in january 2022. My son is going hospital treatment and  I  did inquiry in november 2022 I received email from uscis  March 1  2023 following 

USCIS office processing your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the National Benefits Service Center.

Please let me know 

1. What happen after next step ? And how long take time to process it ?

The USCIS can only approve the case if the priority date is current on the Final Action chart.  It is likely the file was sent back to the Service Center to be held until the priority date is current on the Final Action chart and the case can be adjudicated.  Once the priority date becomes current, you can try contacting your Congressional liaison to follow up on the case.
