Narayan_ Posted March 24, 2023 Report Posted March 24, 2023 Here are the details of my case PWD applied - 1 Dec 2021 Parallel/Concurrent recruitment started - Mid April 2022 PWD approved - 9 June 2022 (Expiry date - 9 Sept 2022) PERM Filed - 12 Oct 2022 My law firm filed my PERM within 180 days of recruitment start, but they did not realize that PWD was expired before. My question is will my PERM stand a chance to get approval or it will be denied since PWD was expired and recruitment was parallel. Quote
Attorney_17 Posted August 3, 2023 Report Posted August 3, 2023 If recruitment is begun before the Prevailing Wage Determination is returned by the DOL, the Labor Certification filing (form 9089) must be made before the PWD expires. Quote
