H1B Transfer - Employer not Giving Paystubs

Hello, 

I am employed for Company A since March 2022. Now, My H1B got approved Dec 2022. I am still Employed for Company A. 
I want to transfer it to Company B but Company A holding my Paystubs after H1B got approved. I do get paid bi-weekly but Company just holding my Paystubs. I kept requesting them for paystubs but it got ignored. 

I am sure I will get RFE for missing paystubs if I file H1B Transfer Petition. 
Does proof of Bank Statement works? I do get bi-weekly payroll amount direct deposited from Company A into my account. 

What if company A never gives me paystubs? What are my options to come out this situation?

CIS would want paystub as proper proof. Your employer is by law required to give you paystub though. Bring it up to them
