Ram.A Posted March 10 Report Share Posted March 10 Hello, l recently dropped off my documents for h1 stamping and I received a 221g to attend interview. They gave me date after 3 weeks. I need to travel back to us asap for work. Can I use my ead + ap to enter? Do I need to withdraw the exiating ds160 with 221g? can I file for h1 once i go back?
