AR2023 Posted March 8 Report Share Posted March 8 Hi Currently i am in H1b and working with company A, now planning to switch to company B. I have approved I129 for both companies. Company B was approved in November 2022, while for Company A got approved in Feb 2023. I was arrested for DUI(First) in feb 2023. Will it be good now to change employment to Company B.
