Dear Friends,

I have read the posts on these but still would be great if you guys can help me on this.

I was with company A (who filed my labor/140 which got - approved June 2011)and joined Company B (my h1 expires June 2012). Now i plan to join company C.

Q) Can i get 3 yrs h1 extension based on approved 140 of Company A ?

Q) Can company A cancel my 140 by any chance ?

Q) Once i join Company C will they have to file labor and 140 again ?

Q) Do i get to retain my Prioriy Date - Jun 2010

Yes you can until your I140 holds good with your old employer.

No body can answer that..Depends on your realtionship with employer..

If you want to you can do that..If still old employer still wants to continue..No point in filling a new one..

Yes if your employer didnt revoke your old I140..
