H4 EAD Renewal

Hello,

             I am on currently on H4 and hold an H4 - EAD which expires in August 2023. My H4 renewal application is about to be submitted.

I am debating whether to file for H4-EAD concurrently "along with H4 application" or whether to file it later separately and have a couple of questions regarding this:

1. Can I submit for renewal of H4-EAD based upon "submitted and pending H4 application" at a later time i.e. after submission of H4 application.

2. If yes, when is the earliest I can file it. 

3.  If I go onto submit it later then will it be processed along with H4 application or will it processed as a separate application.

Pls let me know.
