My H1B is approved and stamped. My employer asked me to cancel travel plans as my application got a NOID notice. Will this notice leave a permanent remark on my application?

Hi,

My H1B is stamped and I will be travelling in April. I received a call from my employer today to cancel my plans as my application got an "Intent to Deny" notice. Usics found multiple petitions on my name, which I am not aware of. What will be the consequences of this notice?

If my employer does not provide accurate reasoning my application would be declined. Will this impact my future applications for visa as well? Please guide me on how to deal with this. Thank you.
