Sunraj Posted March 2 Report Share Posted March 2 Hi there, I (H1B) was not able to add my wife (H4) on my CGI account to book visa interview appointment. My wife was able to add me as a family (primary applicant) in her CGI portal, so we used her account to schedule drop-off appointment. After scheduling the appointment we realized, I (H1B) is showing as dependent in her account. We called CGI call center and they said it's a minor issue and as long as our DS-160 has accurate information, this shouln't not be a problem during the appoinement. I'm worried, if we've to book an appointment from my account now, we will lose our existing appointment which was hard to get and we've already booked flight tickets. Has anybody been through this situation? do you see this as a concern? Quote Link to comment
