Do I need immigration lawyer letter if going for stamping with a dismissed DV case?

Hi all,

I am planning to go for visa stamping with a dismissed DV case. I have created below list of documents. Do I need to have an immigration lawyer letter too? Do I need to present these documents on every visa stamping or this is going to be a one time thing for visa stamping.

 

1. Court Disposition document

2. Police report

3. Expunge report

4. FBI clearance certificate
