H4 travel back to US while H1B still in India

Hi

We are a family of 4 and valid H1B and H4 holders in the US and have been here for over a year. We planning an India vacation and while the kids and I will travel back to USA from India first, my spouse (who is the primary H1B holder) will travel back a week later. We are on H4 dependent visa. 

Will there be an issue with immigration given my spouse isn’t traveling along with us and in India at the time of our immigration? Any documents we should carry to be safe?
