Do I need to fill out a new DS 160 after visa gets renewed?

I have scheduled an appointment for h1b dropbox in February. Recently my visa got renewed and extended for another 3 years. Should I fill out a new DS 160 with my renewed visa details?

Response from traveldocs: 

"Further, please be informed that if you receive the new I-797 petition after scheduling the appointments then you may update the details of the new I-797 in the DS-160. If you wish to correct and / or update information, you can select “Retrieve an Application” option at https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx, enter your previous visa application ID, answer the security questions and then select “Create a New Application”. Your personal information will then populate into the new application. In the new application, update the details and proceed further.

You may update the new DS-160 confirmation number on your profile by clicking on 'Update profile' option and proceed to carry the old and new DS-160 confirmation page along with old and new I-797 form.

In addition to this, please be informed that you may also follow the below step, in order to get the appointment confirmation page:

- Login into your profile.
- Then click on appointment confirmation on your dashboard.
- Click on Printable Version"
