sachinsrivastava Posted February 6 Report Share Posted February 6 Hi - I have a query regarding L1 A filing My company is an IT service provider in USA. They are planning to file L1 A Visa for me. I am working in their India office from last 1 year in Managerial capacity. They want to send me to USA in a Managerial capacity, via an intra -company transfer, to manage work of their employees in USA They hire FTEs employee as well as multiple contractors to deliver their services across United States to enterprise customer My query was regarding the Managerial capacity for L1 A visa filing. Can an L1 A manger in US, also manage the work of independent contactors for their company? To re-iterate, can an L1 A manager, also include in his managerial capacity, to manage independent contractors that my company hires in an on-going basis as part of my L1 A filing?
