I-140 approved, previous PD not captured

We had petitioned USCIS to capture the PD from a previously approved I-140. USCIS approved the I-140 petition but didnt/forgot capture the previous PD.

Legal says it is a simple matter of requesting an amended petition and we should be good to go. Does anybody know from experience if the turnaround time for such cases is weeks or does it take months?
