SamyUSA Posted February 4, 2023 Report Share Posted February 4, 2023 (edited) Hi, I am in H1B in US. My Visa expires by Sep'2023. My wife and kids are having H4 but they did not travel with me. Now I am planning to go back India for re-stamping for me and my wife and kids and take my family to US. My wife also holds H1B stamped recently. As she is not getting project in US, it seems to be taking time for her to enter US in H1B. In this scenario, If I go re-stamping for me (H1B) and my wife, kids (H4), will there be any issues?
