dharanipathi Posted August 1, 2011 Report Share Posted August 1, 2011 Hello, my H1B was approved on May 2011. my opt will expire on 08/26/2011. i applied for cap gap I20 for the September period. but i did not get my capgap I-20 till noe from my school. they are saying I-20 will issued by home land security. can i work without cap gap I-20 for September period or we should need cap gap I-20.
