L1A --> I 140 Approved ---> I485 not filed ---> Can I change job?

I am on L1A visa. My I140 is approved but I485 will not be filed for another 1-2 years. Can I change job based on my I140 approved? Can other company file I485 - eb1 with the same priority date in approved I140? Plz share valid answers and any possible direction for the same.

By the way, I have previous h1b which was utilized for 3 years.

Once an I-140 is approved for at least 180 days then it will generally remain valid for the purposes of extending H1B status or transferring the priority date to another I-140 Petition. However, the requirements for filing an EB1C Petition limit the ability to file it to the US employer related to the person's foreign employer.
