kchenna Posted January 30 Report Share Posted January 30 Hi we applied for I485, Advance Paraole and EAD in July 2022 for my mother under Family Based Category as Mother of US Citizen . We have received an Advance Parole approved but 485 application we recently received RFE asking us to re apply with latest updated application. during this RFE process can we travel to india ?
