Soumya1234 Posted January 30 Report Share Posted January 30 (edited) I have applied H1 AND H4, H4 EAD together on Nov 30(USCIS Receipt date), I got my H1B approval on Dec 23 2022, however my husband H4 and H4 Ead is pending for approval with Texas service center. Would like to know does my husband visa will be approved soon as per new USCIS recoupling policy which came effect from Jan 25 2023..? My wife H4 visa soon to be expired on Mar 6 2023, could you please suggest us the options to continue working using my I797 approval.? Edited January 30 by Soumya1234 Quote Link to comment
