Harish056 Posted January 28 Report Share Posted January 28 Hi I completed my masters in May 2022 and my H1-B got picked up for the Fiscal year 2022 in Masters cap-gap . My employer filed my H1-B it has been 6 months but still it is showing as Reviewing. I am still in OPT Here My question is if I leave my current Employer and I go to another employer what are the major problems I am going to Face 2. Ig i go with another employer after that my H1-B got approved what are the legal issues i am going to face. Quote Link to comment
