naveen2023 Posted January 26 Report Share Posted January 26 I have two I-797s, current one is expiring in May,2023 and was never used for stamping and another one is starting may,2023 and valid until may,2026, I am planning India visit in march,2023(and travel back to US Mid April), I filled my DS-160 with the new I-797(valid from may, 2023 to may, 2026), since the start date for new I-797 is may,2023, could this lead to any problem at port of entry in US(in April, 2023) with this visa stamped or getting visa renewal in visa dropbox process? please advise.
