Should we go for stamping?

My current visa has a stamping end date as 12 Jan 2025, but my petition end date was 12 Jan 2023, so I applied for L1 extension and the same got approved last week. Form I-539 for my dependents is in progress. My queries are below –

1) My son's i 539 is in progress, so can we still go to India and come back to US without new stamping as he also has stamping until 2025 like mine?

2) At POE, Can we just show the L1 approved receipt and existing stamping when we reenter US?
