Is I797 Receipt from previous employer (whom I left without Visa getting approved) required for Dropbox Visa Stamping

I joined employer B on receipt only in September 2019 and left them in 2.5 months without Transfer getting approved. My all subsequent visa transfer were approved without any issue. Below is the complete chronology. 

Joined from  Employer A to Employer B on receipt only  ( Sep 2019 - Left Employer B without transfer getting approved ) 
Transferred from Employer B to Employer C on receipt (Dec 2019 - Transfer approved in May 2020 )
Extension approved from Employer C (Extension approved in Oct 2020)
Transferred from Employer C to Employer D(Transfer approved in Nov 2021)

Now, I am going to India with Dropbox appointment. My question is , 

- Do I need to show my 2.5 month employment with Employer B in DS 160 (I prefer to show it because I feel we should be transparent to authority)
- If I am showing above, Do I need to provide I797 receipt (I do not have approval receipt because I left Employer without visa being approved) filed for transfer to employer B

My only concern is that providing I797C receipt  this might confuse Visa Officer and they might call me for Physical Appearance. My holiday is pretty short hence I want to avoid Physical Appearance.
