santosh11
Hello I got three years degree from india, got 14 years working experience, the legal adviser of the company i am planning to join says that Eb2 is not possible due to educational qualifications because 4 years degree is required, but another legal adviser says that it is possible. Has anyone gone through similar issue. if possible than how is it possible. regards Santosh Link to comment
wabis
Sorry to say this is not possible. Please try to have some advanced degree from US. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
@Santosh, USCIS does not consider 3 year B'lore degree. They considers only 4 years B'lore degree + more than 5 years of experience for EB2. Though there are certain condition you can file in EB2. Talk to better attorney. I prefer Murthy Law firm. Worker11
Three year-degree is not sufficient, regardless your work experience, to be qualified for EB2. if I was you, I wouldn't waste my time on H1B and tried to get education (MS perhaps) at an American University. Now there would be no problem. Link to comment
chakingal
I have just enrolled for MS with UoP with that in mind. Two more years to go. Link to comment

Is it University of Phoenix? I heard USCIS is not accepting degree from this university. I am also interested just for EB2. I have BSc (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics). Link to comment
chakingal
From where did you hear that UoP is not accepted by UCIS? UoP is regionally accredited. Not sure why USICS will not accept it. It would be great if you can provide some more information. Link to comment
