nchek Posted January 13, 2023 Report Share Posted January 13, 2023 HI Immigration Team, My Perm Initiated on Nov 2021 and got audit and denied after the audit response and my attorney appeal for reconsideration, currently my case status in is appeal status and as perm initiated on 1.2 years back, am I eligible for 7th year h1b extension? Attorney_6 Posted August 4, 2023 Report Share Posted August 4, 2023 PERM is considered pending for as long as the review for reconsideration / appeal is ongoing and there has not been a final decision made. Since your PERM appears to have been pending for over 365 days you are eligible for a 1 year extension.
