nchek Posted January 13 Report Share Posted January 13 HI Immigration Team, My Perm Initiated on Nov 2021 and got audit and denied after the audit response and my attorney appeal for reconsideration, currently my case status in is appeal status and as perm initiated on 1.2 years back, am I eligible for 7th year h1b extension?
