DS-160 Question ( Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf...)

My mother's sister put up a petition back in 2013 (case type 1130- petition for alien relative); my mother being the primary beneficiary. I am secondary beneficiary of it and the petition was approved back in 2018 ( I-797, Notice of Action ). I am an undergrad student trying to receive my F1 visa and I encountered this question while filling up DS-160. What am I supposed to do ? Could you please answer this question with an explanation ?
