Radha Krishna Posted January 11, 2023 Report Share Posted January 11, 2023 My Case has been approved and Visa stamp yet to happen but my Employer is asking me not to go for Visa Stamp due to lack of Client Letter. I see client in LCA but not sure the exact reason. 1) please let me know the options that I am left with. 2) I am in India, can I go for stamping with out his support 3) is it possible transfer to another employer? if so, can this be done without lottery process? what is the best way i can approach in this case. can you please let me know how to proceed with this kind of situation.
