Tamilarasan Sivakumar Posted January 10, 2023 Report Share Posted January 10, 2023 Hello All, When I submitted my wife's application for i539 H4 extension , I requested the end validity date as January 10 2026, where as my current i797 ends by January 10 2024. It was a clerical mistake and I got an RFE to submit the i797 which shows the end date as January 10 2026. May I know what I should respond as part of the RFE and what sup[porting documents I need to support? The actual end validity date must be January 10 2024 instead of January 10 2026 in the application. Quote Link to comment
