cool_g Posted January 8 Report Share Posted January 8 My previous employer had filed 485 and 140 (EB3) downgrade concurrent filing (OCT 2020) . EB2 approved long back (2012) . Changed job after 180 days (AC21). New employer has already filed I-485 J. Previous employer received RFE on unapproved I-140 and is withdrawing the I140 application. What happens to -My 485 application - My EAD and AP -My 485J - Approved 140 EB2 Please advise. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
