Need_suggestion Posted January 8, 2023 Report Share Posted January 8, 2023 Hey, we are 5 Telugu girls who gave temporary accommodation for 2 months in our house to americans. Now, They are not vacating the house. The landlord came to know about the temporary accommodation and filing the eviction case on our 5 girls as we are on the lease. This American couple also brought a few cats into the house without informing us. Now they are not vacating, if we ask them they are fighting with us, threatening us, throwing bad words at us, and what not. We all vacated the house. Now they are ruling the entire 2b2b house. JoeF Posted January 10, 2023 Report Share Posted January 10, 2023 If the rental contract didn't allow providing accommodation for some strangers the landlord has all the rights to throw you out. If you left, and they didn't, the landlord eventually will call the cops to remove them from the premises. And next time, read your rental contract, and don't just invite strangers to stay with you.
