rajah.m Posted December 31, 2022 Report Share Posted December 31, 2022 Hi, My current visa is expiring on 02/2023 and and i94 issued during last port of entry has the same validity based on that. Last month, I had applied for H1 extension on Premium and it is approved too. My new i94 validity (mentioned in the i797 approval notice) shows that 02/2025. When I go to DMV office to extend my Driving License they are saying that the they are still seeing my i94 expiry date is 02/2023 and not the 02/2025. When I checked my i797 form, the mentioned i94 start date is after my previous expiry date i.e., (02/20/2023 to 02/20/2025). Will it be the root cause for that? May I know how to resolve this issue so that I need to extend my Driving License? Quote Link to comment
