My wife has Canadian PR but she might not move to Canada but it is stated in her H1B extension visa annotation “canadian PR” as she got her dropbox done in Canada. Also, her employer has applied for PERM as well which is in progress and waiting for its approval.
 

So, she has both canada PR and US perm in processing(H1B visa stating Canadian PR), will it affect my H4 visa application and what all things visa interviewer could ask me on this?

(My F1 was denied a month prior and we got married after that)

please help!
