If you have a question on some other issue, please start a new thread in the appropriate forum section. 3. The attorney will not necessarily answer every question posted and may provide a single answer to a group of similar questions. 4. Please do not provide information which would identify any specific company, university or individual.

swarap
Hello Team I wanted to know if I have maxed out the H1B stay cap before applying for the H1B visa. I was working on L1A visa from March 2015 - Sept 2021. Visa exhausted. Company did not process Green Card. Went back to India for 4 months, applied for F1 visa, doing Masters in Science (STEM) from Jan 2022 and to complete in May 2023. Can I be considered for H1B visa or do I need to spend 1 year outside the USA to be eligible. I have never been on H1B visa before but have found a company that is ready to sponsor me. Please help.
