Can I get my F-1 visa re-stamped while working on STEM-OPT as a C2C employee?

Hello,

I am currently working as a C2C employee with a staffing company. My employer is a US based staffing company with 30,000 employees and I am contracted for PG&E company. I have an employee-to-employee relationship with XYZ staffing company and staffing company pays me for my work. I work closely with both staffing company and PG&E as well. My F-1 visa was expired in Dec 2021, but I am currently working on STEM-OPT F1 Visa and currently living in the US and my STEM-OPT is valid until July 2024. I am planning to visit India in April, will my C2C position would raise any concerns for visa officer?
