We filed H1B & H4 extension petition together on 7/31/22 and now both petitions has been approved but we filed H4-EAD (C26) later on (8/15/22) and still it is under review, can H4-EAD candidate eligible for auto renewal policy? Now a days it takes more than 6 months to get the EAD card in hand so just want to check if we have H4 petition extension approved (not Visa) can we work without EAD card after 01/19/23 if EAD still under review by USCIS?
