ShefJain Posted December 6, 2022 Report Share Posted December 6, 2022 Hi, I need help, our attorney has applied H4 visa renewal for my daughter and me, also an H4 EAD renewal for me in April. But due to some urgency, we have to travel to India and after we came back they applied for H4 visas again in July as the previous one will be denied. I was losing my job so I raised expedite request for my visa but it got denied. USCIS approved my daughter's visa a month back, but mine still shows the same status. Any idea why our visas were not approved together also can we contact them through mail? Our cases went to California USCIS. It has affected us financially big. Thank you!! Quote Link to comment
