Expedited visitor visa appointment to attend a court trial in US

Hello,

I live in Canada and I have a court case to attend in US in March 3rd week. ( I am the plaintiff and case is related to employment when I was working in US). My current visitor visa appointment is in May/2023 and I want to request and expedited appointment so that I can attend the court in March.

How soon I can request an expedited appointment? As of now there is around 3 months gap till court date.
