My family travelled on September 2022 with old company H4 valid stamping & my husband is in new company having H1B valid 3 years till 2025. Primary applicant has the i140 approved. My question for H4 EAD do I need to apply H4 + H4 EAD or only EAD is only sufficient as my family is having the valid i94 till 2025. Thank you Quote Link to comment
