My spouse’s H4 visa was rejected with a section 212(a)(3)(a)(2). This section online indicates as unlawful activity. I am exactly not sure why she received that section. I currently unaware how to proceed further to get H4 visa for my spouse. My employee is suggesting me to go ahead with another appointment. I really want to check if there is anything I need to do before going for another appointment.
