We have an approved I131 Travel Documents (AP - Advanced Parole) based on our pending I-485 AOS applications. We will be travelling with our two children (age 6 and age 1 - born in USA). Can you someone please provide guidance on whether we should apply for e-Visa, paper-visa or OCI for both our children. I am looking for information/guidance around whether OCI is even advisable given they are minors and their US passports will be valid for 5 years only.
