suman243957 Posted November 24, 2022 Report Share Posted November 24, 2022 Dear Team, Currently I have valid H1B visa till 2025 and approved i140 under EB2 with my current employer. I already completed 6 years on my current H1B. But my employer wants to change visa to L1A as my role is going to change as manager. My employer asked me to move to home country India and work as manager for 1 year (12 Months) in order to file fresh L1A. if my L1A is approved after 12 months? Is it possible to cancel my current EB2 application and file fresh EB1 petition since i worked as a manager outside United States for 12 months? Trying to get some advice. How to deal with my EB2 petition and am I eligible for EB1 after 12 months. could you please advise? Quote Link to comment
