Soft landing in Canada for PR, does it have any issues in continuing working in US on valid h1b and continue further with extensions ?

Hi Sir,

 

I had a doubt as i was planning to do a soft landing to Canada for the Canada PR .

I am having a valid H1b visa and approved i-140 and currentky working in US.

I wanted to know if there will be any future limitations in extending my H1b and issues to my green card process by getting a canada PR.
