Need Clarification on First/Given name changes done with MY OWN WILL on New passport and Valid USA Visa with old name

Hi Team,

 

This query with regards to my valid USA visa on old passport.

I have changed my given name to Kashish from Deepa Kamal as per Gazette certificate obtained from Maharashtra Govt. of India.

Hence, new passport has my name as Kashish Ramnani where as my USA visa has given name as Deepa Kamal valid till 21 April 2023.

 

This is to highlight that my partial name i.e. give name is NOT changed due to marriage, divorce, or court order.

It was changed on my own will. ONLY FIRST NAME/GIVEN NAME is changed

 

Old Name:- Deepa Ramnani

New Name:- Kashish Ramnani

 

I have already booked my flight tickets from India to USA for month December 2022.

Hope this given name change will not create any challenge for my travel planned in next month.

Please help ASAP
