We are planning to visit India and submitted DS160 with L2S visa and booked visa appointment for Sep 2023.. however my H1B is just got approved but i have not yet started working on H1B.. If I start working on H1B then do i need to fill the DS160 again with H1B reference if i need to go to India? due to some reason if i got the RFE in H1B stamping. Then can I use my L2S visa appointment and travel back to USA? Quote Link to comment
