Manish Kumar_27523 Posted November 2, 2022 Report Share Posted November 2, 2022 Hello, My mother is 77 years old and suffering from dementia, Schizophrenia, depression, and other medical issues so I am unable to leave her alone in India. She was with me from march 22 to September 22 and went back within the 6 months period. I want to bring her back but it's only been 1.5 months since her last stay ended. I called CBP and they said she has to be here for them to decide and they can not conduct interview over phone or give advance permission. Any one have any info that may help? Quote Link to comment
