Applying for H1-B Transfer , what will happen if H1 Transfer had any issues

Hi ,

I had valid H1-B until 06/2013 , currently I am applying for H1-B Transfer to new company .

What are the option available if H1-B transfer get rejected or got ref.

A) will there will be any impact on current H1-B validity.

B) If got rejected or got Ref , can I wait and do anther transfer from different company if got another offer after sometime.

Please guide. Thank you in advance.

Incase if the transer gets rejected you can continue to work with the current employer with the current H1b.
