midshipman Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 I have 3 year foreign bachelor 1999 - 2002 2 year foreign master 2005 to 2007 and 5+ year of outside US work experience 2003 to 2007. My bachelor, master and 5 year experience fulfills criteria for EB2 but by master and work experience overlap, i dont know whether USCIS will count my work experience or not. Current i'm in my 4th year of H1 which is ending in March 2012. My labor is approved in EB2, my company is filling for I-140 and I-485 for me as my EB2 is current. There is an overlap of my master and work experience, i am not sure will USCIS consider my experience or not. Please guide me.. i'm not sure should i go for Eb2 or file again for labor in EB3... Any help/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.... Link to comment
