He is an alcoholic and most days comes home pretty drunk. He is also having an affair as he keeps getting messages and calls and sometimes leaves home middle of the night and doesn’t return for few days. Right now, he has fully abandoned his wife and children and they have taken a separate apartment. He hasn’t given an address or called in 20 days. she is on H4-EAD. What are her options to move forward with life without her husband here? Children are Indian citizens and are dependents. Aren’t there anything legally that can be done here? Quote Link to comment
