Hello, 

Is it ok to apply for an F2 visa when the spouse is on OPT waiting for an H1B visa ? 
The OPT expires in August 2024. 

In the current scenario, what step should be taken next ? 

1) Apply for an F2 visa or 

2) Wait for the H1B visa and then apply for H4.
